Construction Update: Section 2 of High Voltage Cable Installation Works

Throughout September there will be some planned high voltage cable installations taking place between the new Energy Centre in Tudor Grange Park and Station Road by John Lewis as part of the Solihull Town Centre Low Carbon Energy Network.

The works will be carried out as part of a phased programme to mitigate any impact on the town centre.

Section 2 of these works will start on the 22nd of September, and the expected duration is up to 2 weeks, starting at One Way Homer Road.

We will ensure that entrances and exits remain open to private dwellings, offices and businesses as the works are completed, and the majority of the works will be limited to between the hours of 07:30 and 17:00.
